Abstract
The paper analyzed the relevance of irreversibility analysis amidst the nonlinear radiative impact on a Walters’ B nano-liquid model. The mechanism of the model, which acts as a catalyst in understanding the behaviours of the associated thermophysical properties in science and engineering fields, is examined through a horizontal stretching surface, taken into account the volumetric heat source/sink terms and viscous dissipation effects. The geometric flow model expressed in partial differential equations are reconstructed into ordinary differential equations by relevant conversion quantities and computed through the Galerkin Weighted Residual Method. The work is validated by the Spectral Collocation Method and the Wolfram language function NDSolve through the average deviation. The significance of the indicated parameters are interpreted through graphs and tables. The novel findings substantiate that the magnitude of Brinkman number invoke higher viscous heating through molecular conduction around the system consequently improves entropy production. This is vital in polymer processing, alongside the interactive application of the Weissenberg number. Also, variations in the heat production and convective heat parameters contribute significantly as heat distributing functions across the system which made way for the temperature distribution effect to the quiescent fluid. These parameters have a useful contribution, leading to the desiccation of the components in the engineering sectors.
