Abstract

The current numerical study analyses the flow of 2D, steady-state, MHD Hybrid Casson nano-fluid (AlN+Al2O3/ C6H9NaO7) over a linearly stretching sheet by incorporating the Lorentz force, heat generation and radiation effects. The study not only explores to achieve superior heat transmission compared to that of traditional nanofluids, it also highlights the improvement of the fuel efficacy and engine process in automotive engineering, also productivity for the cooling arrangements used in food preservation and processing. This investigation offers vision for the progress of effective energy storage systems, heat exchangers, also cooling systems of different manufacturing applications. The nonlinear coupled partial differential equations are explained with Runge-Kutta system using shooting method. Higher values of radiation and heat generation parameters, strengthens the thermal process and weakens the concentration diffusion. Sherwood number had risen from 0.876 to 1.423 for nanofluids and 1.023 to 1.652 for hybrid nanofluids. Novelty of the research article is to streamline the earlier works by incorporating radiation, Brownian motion, heat source, thermophoresis, and magnetic effects in the equivalent governing equations leading to an achievement of effective hybrid nanofluid flow.
